Substrate characteristics:

1. PTFE/Pb mixture 0.01-0.03mm, a wear-resistant material, can form a transfer film during operation to protect the grinding shaft.

2. Copper powder layer, 0.20-0.35mm, improves the bonding strength of PTFE/Pb and copper plate layer, and has good bearing capacity and wear resistance. The higher thermal conductivity allows for rapid transfer of heat generated during operation.

3. Copper substrate, improve the bearing capacity and heat transfer of the bearing, and have better corrosion resistance.

Application features:

Since copper itself has its own self-lubricating properties, it can be used in parts that require long-term work and cannot be shut down for maintenance, and has better corrosion resistance than HTB-1. Widely used in weak acid and alkali, port machinery, ship machinery, metallurgical steel industry, continuous casting machine billet rolling, high temperature furnace steel ring parts, cement grouting pumps and screw conveyors. It can be combined with a steel sleeve externally, or made into a flange and a gasket, and the end surface and the inner hole are simultaneously rubbed.
